Shipping Method
All orders to Puerto Rico and United States are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground.
Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, tracking information will be provided (if applicable).
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the postal service.
We do not have control over transit times and are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, logistical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for their orders.
- If reshipping is required due to an incorrect address or incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again.
